Therapy Client
''Frankie was a great therapist, supportive and empathetic when discussing ways to alleviate my social anxiety. During the sessions my anxiety has lessened and I am more confident for future social situations.''
Therapy Client
''I know it's your job to be helpful and encouraging but you're also so incredibly supportive and kind. You're the only reason I've got to such a good place with feeling confident in myself''
Therapy Client
''I only have positive things to sat. I felt completely comfortable, had loads of space to think through why I felt the way I did and could be exposed to my phobia while safely having my ‘hand held’ through the process. The only thing required was a desire to overcome the phobia- everything else was done for me! It was a fantastic experience and I’m very happy I did it.''
